Delivery & Returns

Delivery

The delivery charge on all orders within the mainland UK is £2.95 (unless otherwise specified).   The Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Sciliy, Highlands & Islands of Scotland and some postcodes (BT, IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PH17-26, PH30-44, TR21-25, ZE) are considered outside of mainland UK and we will contact you to advise of the additional postage cost before despatching your order.    Unfortunately we are UNABLE to post to overseas addresses (ie. Europe and beyond) and PO Boxes.

We aim to despatch your order 1-2 working days after it is received (please note that we are closed on Tuesdays, and orders will not be despatched on that day, Sundays or Bank Holidays).  Orders are usually sent by either Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcel depending on the size of the order, though other carriers may also be used.   The Royal Mail services we use do not offer a guaranteed delivery time, just a "delivery aim" of the next working day for First Class and three working days for Standard Parcel.   If you need your order quickly (ie. guaranteed next day), we may be able to arrange this at an additional cost.  Please telephone us on 01708 641198 before ordering to discuss your requirements.  Please note that Royal Mail will not declare a package "lost" until a delivery period of 15 working days, not including Saturdays, has elapsed.    Please note that Royal Mail does not accept requests to leave packages at alternative addresses.   

All orders leave us in perfect condition.    We cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit.   If your items arrive in damaged packaging then you should contact the Royal Mail (It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening).

If you wish to collect your order from the shop, please select the appropriate delivery option on the checkout page so that you do not get charged for postage & packing.   Please allow us 2 working days to process your order, before coming to collect.   If you need it sooner, please telephone us to discuss your requirements.

Returns

Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned.    However, we cannot accept return of goods that you simply don't like.

If we make a mistake with your order, or if the goods received are in some way faulty, you must telephone or email us within 7 days of receipt for a returns authorisation number and details of our returns procedure.   Please do not return items that are incorrect/faulty without contacting us first.     This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order PRIOR TO SHIPPING with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on this website, or by phoning us on 01708 641198. 

You also have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.    To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd by letter, fax or email, giving details of the items ordered and their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.   

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them, unopened and in their original packaging, to us at your own cost. The items must be returned to: Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd, 201 St Mary's Lane, Upminster, Essex RM14 3BU.  

Please note that you may wish to use a recorded delivery service or insure the package, because we are unable to offer refunds on any goods which are returned to us in a damaged state or go missing in the post.  Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days of receipt of the items in re-saleable condition.

Force Majeure

Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
