Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could'nt be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click "add to cart" for any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on "proceed to checkout" and the secure PayPal site will guide you through the available payment options. You can pay using most major credit or debit cards or, if you have one, your PayPal account. Please note that our minimum order value is £5.00 (including VAT, but excluding p&p).
We regret that our online catalogue is not able to show "real time" stock availability. When you receive a confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your request. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will confirm acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we despatch your goods. Any out of stock items will be advised to you by email and a refund issued. We process refunds as soon as possible, but due to the banking system it may take 3-5 days to show on your account. We are unable to hold backorders, so if you still require them, you will need to re-order out of stock items at a later date.
Telephone orders are welcome (please call 01708 641198 during opening hours with your credit card details). If you prefer, you can post your order with a cheque to our shop. Please note that if you wish to pay by cheque, your order will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared by our bank, and all cheques should be made payable to "Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd" and not post-dated.
We offer a Loyalty Card scheme to all customers. One stamp is awarded for every full £5.00 spent (excluding P&P, Gift Vouchers, Sale lines). Once the card is complete (ie. with 40 stamps), you may exchange it for £20.00 of goods at retail price. If you would like to receive a Loyalty Card, please click on this button. Loyalty stamps will automatically be sent out with each order.
To redeem a completed Loyalty Card or Gift Certificate, please place your order as normal and then click on the appropriate button(s) below. In the shopping cart enter the "Quantity" as "-1" (adjust the quantity as necessary) to deduct the amount from your order total. You will need to post the Loyalty Card or Gift Vouchers (along with your PayPal Transaction Number) to us at 201 St Mary's Lane, Upminster, Essex RM14 3BU. We will hold your order until receipt of the card/vouchers. You may wish to use a guaranteed post service, as we cannot be held responsible for Loyalty Cards and Gift Vouchers lost in transit whilst being sent to us.

Postage Costs and Delivery
The delivery charge on all orders within the mainland UK is £2.95. The Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Sciliy, Highlands & Islands of Scotland and some postcodes (BT, IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PH17-26, PH30-44, TR21-25, ZE) are considered outside of mainland UK and we will contact you to advise of the additional postage cost before despatching your order.
We aim to despatch your order 1-2 working days after we receive it (please note that we are closed on Tuesdays, and orders will not be despatched on that day, Sundays or Bank Holidays). Orders are sent by either Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcel depending on the size of the order. The Royal Mail services we use do not offer a guaranteed delivery time, just a "delivery aim" of the next working day for First Class and three working days for Standard Parcel. If you need your order quickly (ie. guaranteed next day), we may be able to arrange this at an additional cost. Please telephone us on 01708 641198 before ordering to discuss your requirements. Please note that Royal Mail will not declare a package "lost" until a delivery period of 15 working days, not including Saturdays, has elapsed. Please note that Royal Mail does not accept requests to leave packages at alternative addresses.
All orders leave Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd in perfect condition. We cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. If your items arrive in damaged packaging then you should contact the Royal Mail. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.
If you wish to collect your order from the shop, please click on the button below to add the request to your shopping cart. Please allow us 2 working days to process your order, before coming to collect. If you need it sooner, please telephone us to discuss your requirements.
Returns Policy
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. However, we cannot accept return of goods that you simply don't like.
If we make a mistake with your order, or if the goods received are in some way faulty, you must telephone or email us within 7 days of receipt for a returns authorisation number and details of our returns procedure. Please do not return items that are incorrect/faulty without contacting us first. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive your order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd by letter, fax or email, giving details of the items ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them, unopened and in their original packaging, to Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd at your own cost. The items must be returned to: Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd, 201 St Mary's Lane, Upminster, Essex RM14 3BU.
Please note that you may wish to use a recorded delivery service or insure the package, because we will be unable to offer refunds on any goods which are returned to Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd in a damaged state or go missing in the post. You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime. Once you have notified Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd that you are cancelling the contract, Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd will refund or re-credit you within 30 days of receipt of the items in re-saleable condition.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate, currently 17.5%.
Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd reserve the right to alter published prices on this website without prior notice.
Privacy
Imagine That Papercrafts Ltd is committed to its customers' privacy. The only information we collect via PayPal is your address, contact details and order information. We will never sell or pass on this information to anyone - we will never share your personal information with any third party, except for delivery purposes.
We will use your email address to send you a monthly newsletter. If you would prefer not to receive our newsletter, please click on this button to ensure that this request is added to your order.
